Original artworks are considered final sales. We do not accept returns or exchanges for original pieces unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items:

3. Return Process:

b. Original Works:
If you receive a damaged or defective original work, please contact us immediately at contact@rennandizon.com with photos and details. We will work with you to address the issue and provide a resolution.
4. Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a damaged or defective item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
